Spirits flew to God knows where
Chances given, life to share
Given again the second chance
Fulfill the promise, dance the dance
Find within the inner line
Hold on tight do not define
The reason for the very soul
Its pathway and the way to go
Where few have followed, few have gone
Feel the light so brightly shone
Walk the path though oft untread
Carry on through fear and dread
Drift through curtains one by one
Falling into hearts unsung
Feeling life, the ebb and flow
Moving onward, upwards go
Step into the other world
Where life begins and ends unheard

I liked “dance the dance” – and I thought the whole poem had this dance-like feel about it…

It’s all a stage and we but dancers on it!?
Gee, that has a familiar ring to it… I wonder… 🙂
Thanks Bruce.

As long as you’re not dragging your schoolbag while trying to dance!

I sense a terrible loneliness in this, but it rings true to what is.

Thanks Cynthia – I suppose our spiritual path is a lonely one while we walk it. Hopefully it brings us all to a place of togetherness…Crikey – what mood am I in? 🙂
