Music Wanders In

Music wanders in,
Lyrical, smooth, suave,
Fills all nooks and crannies,
Smokingly, it carries.

Altering home and hearth,
Music wanders in,
Atmosphere and feeling,
Hurt and pain to healing.

Lyrical, smooth and suave,
Voices loud and hollow,
Music wanders in,
Making memories to follow.

A door can’t keep it out,
It flows just where it will,
Above, without, within
Music wanders in.

Music wanders in,
Lyrical, smooth and suave,
Flow with rhythm, bounce with grace
Discordant harmonies give chase.
