I walked along the mountains,
Through the land of Kharma Shue,
Above the clouds I wandered,
Humbled by the view.
Event horizon beckoning,
A brand new way to be,
The rules and all we know,
Changing constantly.
I cleared the mountain tops,
Jumped the shalin shelves,
Talked with Kings and Gods,
Ate with dwarves and elves.
Spent the last few moments,
Absorbing all I could,
Shifting to my centre,
Sharing with those who would.
My essence held its own,
In this world we cannot see,
Moving with the light,
Forever, eternally.

Love this one Rob; there is something mystical to it. And I also like the way it flows; you are very good at flowing poems.
In case you are still not seeing my posts there is now a blog post up about my book launch with a video of the event. It’s a little disjointed but has turned out ok. 😊

I especially like the third stanza…which is not photo dependent but has that poetic image of you, eating with dwarves and elves… 🙂

Thanks Cynthia. Yes, I suspect that some of the best ‘people’ I know are actually dwarves and elves in disguise! :)… Imagine the table they set! 🙂
